Thanks . . . and may God bless you in your search. One question before you go:
What are you searching for?
Are you searching for a church home, a place to worship, or a group of Christians to know? All of these are good things to find, but first you must search for God.
We are created by God and He desires a relationship with each of us. He wants us to live with Him forever, but He doesn't force us into that relationship. God instilled within us free will.
He allows us to make the choice to obey or disobey His commands; whether we will follow or go our own way. Though God does offer us eternal life without tears and sorrows, He does not promise us an earthly life of luxury or a life without trials. In fact, God assures us that trials will come, and if we depend on Him to see us through, we will be drawn closer to Him.
Everyone deals with trials and temptations and everyone has sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God (Romans 3:22-23), but we are blessed in that God knows us and loves us. And He is willing and waiting to help us--if we will trust Him to show us the way.
Come with us as we seek and follow Him through His inspired word, the Bible.
